If you find less expensive elsewhere within 24 hours of your reservation and according to the same criteria (dates, length of stay, number of people, type of room, category, surface, bed and view) and under the same conditions, we guarantee you to refund you the difference. But it is mandatory to provide us with a supporting document, otherwise your request will be refused.

HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
- Prepare an e-mail with all the information (The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to reservations made within 48 hours from the arrival date).
- Send it to booking@hoteltamudabeach.com. We recommend that you attach a “screenshot” of the web page showing the lowest price you have found elsewhere.
- You will receive a response from us within a maximum of 2 working days.
- Once we have verified that the lower rate on the other website complies with our terms and conditions, we will send you an email confirming the new reservation.
- If your request does not meet the general conditions required and is therefore not accepted by Hotel Tamuda Beach, we will send you an email justifying our response.
